Job Purpose
The primary functions of Customer Service are to ensure high quality service by delivering targets, objectives and customer satisfaction. This is achieved by pro-actively coordinating and managing our customer portfolio and building strong customer relationships. It is also expected to be an active participant in the continuous improvement of the department´s daily functions and procedures.
Your profile
We seek a proactive, solutions-oriented individual who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Success in this role—both internally and when dealing with external customers requires strong social competence, active listening, and commitment. Previous experience with customer service is an advantage.
The following requirements are essential:
A qualifying business-oriented high school diploma (such as HHX or EUX) or other relevant bachelor’s degree.
Fluency in Danish and English, both verbally and in writing.
Proficiency in modern IT systems, experience of Google workspace is an advantage.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Daily correspondence with customers regarding bookings and the registration of shipments.
Communicate and collaborate with other departments such as sales, accounting, operations and equipment control.
Communicate with our ONE-offices worldwide.
Ensure quality standards to maintain but also enhance the service towards customers.
