Job Purpose & Primary Job Responsibilities

The Port Operations department is responsible for the end-to-end process from pre-vessel arrival to post-vessel departure actions. Our Teams operate on Terminals in numerous countries in Europe having an opportunity to daily cooperate with various cultures and nationalities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Timely and accurate data processing
• Administration of data and invoices
• Monitoring and updating of external and internal systems
• Effective communication with relevant parties to successfully complete tasks
• Supporting team in daily operations

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• A Graduate or Student of a final year of transport and logistics or related studies
• Advanced English knowledge, written and spoken
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel
• Open mindedness, eagerness to learn
• Effective communication skills
• Accuracy and orientation to detail
