Customer Service department is responsible for coordination of operational issues relating to import shipments for polish customers. Above mainly implies providing high quality service by timely releasing containers, inland transport arrangements, invoicing, responding to customer’s queries, coordination of information flow between various departments involved in import process.
JOB PURPOSE & PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensuring high quality customer service by delivering targets, objectives and customer satisfaction
• Accurate processing and coordination of customer requests to ensure that all important carrier and merchant instructions are processed effectively
• Ensuring accurate invoicing and cost are fully recovered
• Acting as first point of contact for resolving customer, queries and disputes
• Ensuring that all processes and transactions are fully compliant with company regulations
• Communicate effectively with Customers, Sales, Accounting, Operations, Equipment Control and Offshore departments
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• Preferably 1 year of shipping experience, customer service background is an additional asset
• Very good English and Polish skills written and spoken
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Exhibit excellent Customer focus
