Join Our Team as an HR Advisor!

We are seeking a reliable and results-oriented HR Advisor to join our team in Rotterdam and Antwerp. In this multifaceted role, you will be a key player in supporting all aspects of our human resources tasks, from recruitment and onboarding to employee development and compensation.

What You'll Do:

• Be an Employee Champion: Provide expert guidance and support to employees and managers on all HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
• Drive Recruitment Success: Play a vital role in our recruitment efforts, from sourcing top talent to coordinating smooth onboarding experiences.
• Champion Employee Development: Support and administer training programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization.
• Maintain HR Excellence: Manage employee records, analyse data, and prepare reports to ensure accurate and efficient HR operations.
• Contribute to HR Projects: Collaborate with the HR team on a variety of projects to enhance HR processes and improve employee engagement.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 4-7 years of relevant HR experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Dutch labour law, preferably knowledge of the Belgian labour law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Dutch and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A passion for building strong relationships.

About the Team

Join a dedicated and supportive HR team! You'll collaborate closely with our Head of HR Benelux, an HR Advisor, and two HR Coordinators. Together, we are responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our offices in Rotterdam and Antwerp.

Location

You will be based in our Rotterdam office located within the city centre, with regular travel to our Antwerp office. Both locations are easily accessible by public transport.
