The ONE SAIL (Shipping Apprenticeship & International Learning) program is your solution!
In this 2 year program, you will have the opportunity to learn about the container industry from
both a theoretical and practical perspective while at the same time gathering international
experience.

What You Will Do

Over the course of 24 months, you will rotate through core business functions to gain a 360-
degree view of our business operations. These rotations include:

● Customer Service: Managing the client journey and ensuring seamless communication.
● Finance: Understanding the economic drivers and fiscal management of global
shipping.
● Operations: Mastering the logistics of vessel movements and cargo handling.
● Sales: Developing the skills to grow our market presence and build lasting partnerships.

What You Will Learn

The SAIL program is more than just on-the-job training; it is a comprehensive curriculum
designed to build your business acumen. You will participate in specialised workshops and
courses covering:

● Industry Foundations & Compliance including shipping fundamentals, international
trade, and vessel/cargo specifications, knowledge of customs and global trade
regulations
● Professional Excellence, which involves project management, presentation delivery,
and remote collaboration.
● Personal Development, whereby we will provide tools to take ownership of the learning
journey including personal branding, career navigation and emotional resilience.
● Global Mindset, including cultural awareness training and international networking
opportunities.
