General Affairs Coordinator

JOB PURPOSE & PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the office with regard to facilities, office equipment and supplies. You will ensure proper invoice and documentation flow, coordinate in-and outgoing correspondence for the Management Team and the whole office, and organise company-wide events and occasional celebrations enhancing a positive atmosphere among office employees. You will represent RPC in front of visitors, take care of positive visitors’ experience, displaying a professional and reliable company image to all outside parties.

•    Acting as a point of contact for employees’ queries related to facilities and equipment.
•    Communicating with third-party companies, vendors, suppliers, and landlords in a timely and professional manner ensuring information flow and task completion.
•    Dealing with invoices in a timely manner.
•    Maintaining records of services in line with agreements.
•    Providing support on travel arrangements, company car leases and expenses.
•    Organising the events.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
•    2-3 years of experience in office administration.
•    Advanced English and Polish, written and spoken.
•    Ability to work with EXCEL/Google Sheets.
•    Customer focus.
•    Ability to work under time pressure and according to deadlines.
•    Effective communication.
•    Accuracy and orientation to detail.
