
JOB PURPOSE & PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As Key Account Specialist - Special Cargo you are the service owner for key accounts within your area of expertise (e.g. Special equipment and Breakbulk) and safeguard the delivery of good services to our key accounts by executing services per contracts and providing efficient solutions proactively, thereby meeting ONE’s service KPIs. You act as an escalation point for cases that cannot be resolved by our ONECare Service team and assist with Tender Management and Spot rate inquiry were self-service cannot cover. You support the Sales Manager and key account executives by providing insights into service performance and quality as well as market trends, leads and business potential.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Service Execution: You are in charge of executing the contracted service solutions for the Reefer / Special Cargo key accounts assigned to you, aiming at achieving our (premium) service KPIs. You actively cooperate with the customer's local level stakeholder in a highly professional and efficient manner, thus meeting the high service expectations of our key accounts. In case the assigned Key Account Support (i.a.) or Customer Care team cannot resolve a case, challenge, enquiry or complaint you will be the escalation point.
- Business Performance Insights: You support our Sales Manager LKA/RKA by supplying them with insights on service performance, service quality as well as market trends, leads, business potential etc.
- Spot Rate Inquiries: Support the Sales Manager and key account executives. Review andclarify spot rate inquiries before sending the request to Trade Management.
- Customer Onboarding and Contract Maintenance: Assist the Sales Manager and KeyAccount Executives with collection and processing of customer onboarding data as well as themaintenance and monitoring of existing and about-to-expire contracts.
- Digital Adoption: Support ONE's digital transformation by utilizing and promoting our e-commerce platform and our self-service tools as applicable. Seek ways to apply ONE's tech enablers to your area of specialization increasingly.
- Special equipment budget: Co-responsible for the Special equipment budget set by the trade management.
LOCATION
This is a local position based in the Rotterdam Agency Office.
