
JOB PURPOSE & PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you are accountable for the overall relationship and activities between ONE and your assigned Regional/Local Key Accounts.

Responsibility for negotiating and managing the contract and client relationship

Escalation point for enquiries or complaints

Responsibility for setting the goals and strategy for development and growth of the business for your assigned accounts

Accountability for post-contract onboarding and post-tender review
-
Close contact with customer’s key players and procurement owners as needed

Liaise with all relevant internal departments locally and/or beyond
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

A minimum of 3-5 years of professional shipping experience preferably within selling/negotiating/outside sales.

Target- and solution-oriented with structured and self-motivated work style

Competitive with strong communication and negotiating skills

Broad and profound shipping knowledge with cross functional and commercial mind-set & knowhow

Business fluent in English and local language

Strong digital orientation and growth mind-set
