Position: Space Control Coordinator
Location: Cairo Office 
Job Grade: Coordinator / Specialist Level

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with Sales to maximize loadability - TEU per sailing, and on-time update of data and feedback to improve vessel utilisation,follow up and manage the bookings are successfully assigned / canceled  before cut off and/or rolled on future vessels. 

- Ensure SPC dashboard  on time update  to allow clarity for all department.  

- Update shall be mentioned inside the DASHBOARD comment section).

- Follow up with Internal departments such Customer Service, Operations, Sales. 

- Ensure bookings are in balance with EQP flow & that vessels are not overbooked while we are lack of Equipment or no space available.  

- Ensure the allocations on all current services are fully met with sales & trade.

- Ensure Equipment distribution and allotment among various services is balanced.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in the shipping field is essential. 
• Soft Skills: Fluent in English, verbal and in writing, strong analytical skills, System and communication skill
